Terms & Conditions
Last updated: [DATE] · Draft — pending legal review, not yet in effect
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sculpt Studio website, membership video library, and in-person events operated by [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME] ("Sculpt Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or registering for an event, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Membership & billing
Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate shown at checkout, charged automatically to the payment method on file until you cancel. You can cancel any time by [contacting us at [CONTACT EMAIL] / from your account settings]; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep access until then. We don't provide refunds for partial billing periods. We may change the membership price with advance notice — continuing to use the membership after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
2. Event ticket purchases & refund policy
Tickets to in-person pop-up events are sold through Stripe and are generally non-refundable once purchased, except [circumstances to define — e.g. event cancellation by us, or as required by law]. If we cancel or reschedule an event, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future date. Free RSVPs can be canceled any time before the event; repeated no-shows for free events may affect your ability to RSVP for future ones.
3. Acceptable use of video content
An active membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to stream video content for your own individual use. You may not download, screen-record, copy, redistribute, publicly perform, share your account credentials, or otherwise make video content available to anyone who is not an active member. Violating this section may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
4. Account security
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME] and its instructors, contractors, and venue partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, the video content, or attendance at an event. Physical participation — whether through the video library or an in-person event — carries inherent risk; in-person events are additionally governed by our separate Liability Waiver. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY], Arizona.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
