Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sculpt Studio website and membership video library, operated by Sculpt Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Membership & billing
Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate shown at checkout, charged automatically to the payment method on file until you cancel. Memberships started on or before October 31, 2026 begin with a free week: your first charge is when it ends, on the date shown at checkout, and canceling before then means you aren't charged. Memberships started on or after November 1, 2026 are first charged the day you join. You can cancel any time by contacting us at coach@thesculptstudioco.com or from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep access until then. We don't provide refunds for partial billing periods. We may change the membership price with advance notice — continuing to use the membership after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
2. Acceptable use of video content
An active membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to stream video content for your own individual use. You may not download, screen-record, copy, redistribute, publicly perform, share your account credentials, or otherwise make video content available to anyone who is not an active member. Violating this section may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
3. Physical activity & assumption of risk
Pilates and other physical movement involve an inherent risk of injury, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, and falls. By streaming and participating in a class through the membership video library, you voluntarily assume all such risks. You're responsible for assessing your own physical readiness, consulting a physician before participating if you have any health concerns, and modifying or stopping any movement that doesn't feel right for your body. Because classes are streamed rather than supervised in person, no instructor is present to observe your form or health in real time. Full details are set out in our separate Liability Waiver.
4. Account security
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at coach@thesculptstudioco.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sculpt Studio and its instructors and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the video content. Physical participation in classes through the video library carries inherent risk, as described in Section 3 and our separate Liability Waiver. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
